Linda Erasmus: CEO Fine & Country SA
Linda Erasmus, CEO of Fine and Country SA, is a well respected figure in the business world, and especially the real estate sector. She has been actively contributing to high standards in the property industry for a period of 24 years. She served for a period of 5 Years as President of the Randburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry shortly after the start of the new millennium. Linda is a true leader and motivator. As a young real estate agent, she sold 52 homes in her first year in the industry. She moved through the ranks to management, business owner and motivational speaker. She is the first woman to launch an international Real Estate Company in South Africa successfully and currently is a major shareholder in various companies. She also serves on the International Licensee Committee of Fine & Country. Linda truly believes and lives out the phrase: "You have to perform at a consistently higher level than others. Malcolm Lindley is the founder of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents – a world wide network of over 1000 estate agency offices. He is also the founder of the estate agency brand; Fine & Country - the leading network of estate agents specialising in the upper quartile of the property market. With a background in both retail and franchise management, Malcolm is a well known and respected icon in estate agency, with a flair for marketing, a passion for raising the standards in our industry and always innovative and energetic in his thinking.

Bill McClintock is a well respected figure within the UK property market, having been involved in real-estate for over 40 years. He has been MD of Royal Life Estates, South with a chain of 250 offices. He was also on the Main Board of Royal Life Estates from 1988-1992. He has always had a strong interest in improving the profession and is a founder director of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, focusing on improving standards and marketing skills. In 2003 he became the Chief Operating Officer of The Ombudsman for Estate Agents, UK and in 2004 was appointed Chairman, a post he currently holds.
